TUBULAR HEATERS |
Tubular Heaters are the most versatile and widely used source of electric heat for industrial, household and scientific applications. They can be designed in a wide range of electrical ratings, diameters, lengths, terminations and sheath materials. Important and useful characteristics of tubular heaters are that they can be formed into virtually any shape, brazed and welded to any metal surface , and cast into metals. |

SCREW PLUG IMMERSION HEATERS |
Screw Plug Immersion Heater designs consist of tubular heating elements formed into a hairpin, and sometimes, they contain also a thermowell for a thermostat sensing bulb. Both are welded or silver brazed to the screw plug depending upon the sheath and screw plug material. The number of heating elements varies from 1 to 3 depending on the screw plug size. |

FLANGED IMMERSION HEATERS |
Flanged Immersion Heaters consist of multiple tubular heating elements formed into hairpins that are welded or brazed to a pressure rated flange. |

CERAMIC BAND HEATERS |
Ceramic Insulated Band Heaters are specifically designed and engineered to meet the ever increasing demand for energy conservation and to improve operation efficiency. The Ceramic Band Heaters are capable of generating the higher temperatures essential to process today’s high temperature resins. Electrical energy savings are achieved by using a 1⁄4" thick ceramic fiber insulating blanket, reducing power
consumption by 25 to 30 percent. |
